Introduction to callsaver1

Developed as an effective dial through service for the business end of the mobile market. It's the perfect solution for those who want to save money on their overseas mobile calls, now callsaver1 has made this special service available to everybody.

Amazing low cost mobile calls with the highest call quality!

Registration

To use our service you have to be a registered user, this is simply done by filling out the register form on the web site (on the top tool bar of the home page)

Once you have completed the form, your account we be activated.

You will be issued with an account number (eg. 2200116)

You will also receive €1 free credit to test the product for its usability, quality and price.

Please remember this account number and your password, as you will need these each time you to log into you account.

Making your first call with your free credit

Dial the Platform 911 211 588 listen to the voice prompt telling you how much credit remaining, wait for the beep then dial the destination including the country code eg, 0044 for UK.

Once you have dialled your number just wait.

DO NOT PRESS SEND AGAIN - doing so will cut you off from the callsaver1 cheap call platform.

The callsaver platform will recognize your number automatically directing your call through your personal callsaver account without asking for a pin request.

Your Account

Once logged onto your account, you have access to set up various options in.

  • My lines

Add as many mobile numbers to one account as you wish.

  • Speed dials

Here you can pre install your family and favourite numbers so you don't have to dial the full number each time.

To set up a speed dial number simply

  1. Click on speed dial tab on your tool bar.
  2. Add Tel: number to the box provided.
  3. Add a description of the caller eg, "Mum", to the second box.
  4. Click on modify.
  5. Repeat the process for additional numbers.

Dial the Platform 911 211 588 listen to the voice prompt telling you how much credit remaining, wait for the beep. Then press *10 or *19 depending who you want to call, just wait while the platform automatically dials the number for you. DO NOT PRESS SEND AGAIN, this will cut you off from the callsaver platform?

*1 to *9 is for user features (coming soon)

  • Topping up or recharging you account

Remember this is for topping up your online account, not your P.A.Y GO mobile.

We automatically give you €1 free credit to try the service for you to test the usability, quality and rates. Once you are satisfied with the service you will have to top up your account up,online by our secure online payment system provided by la Caixa.

Also in this area you can see your recharge history by the month and by the year.

  1. Log onto your account by putting your account number and password in.
  2. Click on the recharge tab on you Account tool bar.
  3. Choose your top up amount from the drop down panel and click the recharge button.
  4. Now you have been redirected to the La Caixa cyber Pac secure online payment system.
  5. Put your cards details in, expiry date security code from the back of the card and click continue.
  6. Once connected to the secure server, la Caixa will send a SMS text to your mobile phone with a verification code (normally 6 digits)
  7. On screen you will see @ with a small padlock on it and a box, type the code into the box and click aceptar.
  8. You will now see an on screen confirmation of your order.
  9. Click on continue to finish the process.
  10. Payment completed successfully, you should now be viewing a large GREEN TICK on screen.
  • Your Calls

Here can monitor your calls you will see the number you called from and too, and the country. The length of the call shown in mins and seconds also the price you paid for each individual call.

All calls are charge per second billing.

You can also download your call data here.

  • Rates (call cost prices in €)

All rates in this area are show in euros.

A tool bar runs across the top of the page showing A-Z.

Just click on the first letter of the country you want to call eg, U for UK.

You will now see a full list of destination for various operators with their corresponding tariff.

All rates shown include IVA.

Rates can be altered or destination changed with out any prior notification.
